Quality control

AKOM Industry Ltd. has excellent equipment and laboratory allowing full control of raw materials as well as the physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics of finished products, guided by all well-established methods in the industry.
For each client, an electronic dossier is prepared with complete traceability of the overall process including documents, control tests, measurements, finished certificates and others.


We have a laboratory where the following analyzes and tests can be done:

  • Spectral analysis of the chemical composition of the metals.
  • Metallographic analysis for the structure of the metals.
  • Tests mehanichinite properties - tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, roughness class.
  • Measurements for accuracy of manufactured products - not only with classic methods for measuring dimensions, but with high-end coordinate measuring and optical machine with high class of accuracy of the measurements and a device for measuring the roughness of surfaces.
